We will be performing scheduled maintenance in the Production Environments at the below date & time. Please be aware that the Convercent Application - Production Environments will not be accessible during this maintenance window. Once completed, the system will be available and fully functional again.
Maintenance Schedule for Production Environments: US: Wednesday, May 17th, 2023| 6pm - 12am MDT EMEA: Thursday, May 18th, 2023 | 1am - 7am BST
During this time, reporting parties will be directed to the Convercent call center for immediate assistance, as it will be fully operational and able to accept incident reports without any interruption.
